We are so excited that you are interested in hosting your Dog Party at Petite Paws Playcare! We have put together a standard party package, which is listed below, as well as some optional additions you may purchase to make your Dog Party extra special! If there is anything that is not listed that you would like to add, please don’t hesitate to ask! We will be with you every step of the way to ensure your Dog Party is pawfect!
Party for up to 15 small dogs (and up to 25 humans)
2 hours of playtime in our spacious indoor eco-friendly facility
Petite Paws Canine Caretaker to assist you and your guests during your party

Party Planning Guidelines
We request that you please book your party with a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice for us to be able to best prepare for your event. This will give us enough time to go over the details with you and make sure we are able to provide everything you’d like to have at your party!
In order for us to officially book your event and reserve the requested date/time for your party, you must submit ALL of the following:

Signed Petite Paws Playcare Dog Party Agreement Form
If you would like to take a tour of our facility and see the party space before booking, you may stop by our front desk at any time during our open hours.
Please provide an accurate headcount of anticipated guests (dogs, not humans!) at least 1 week prior to the event for planning purposes.
If you would like to purchase any of our optional party add-ons, please make sure that you have indicated so on your completed Party Request form at time of booking!
You may bring in your own cake or treats for the dogs if you would like. We will be happy to store anything you need to keep cold in our refrigerator until you are ready to serve it.
You may bring in your own snacks for your human guests if you would like. If you so choose, we will set up a table for you to put out your food and drinks. We kindly request that you do not bring any alcoholic beverages. We will be happy to store anything you need to keep cold in our refrigerator until you are ready to serve it.
Please provide your own plates, paper products, and plastic flatware as needed!
Decorating and Preparation:
Petite Paws Playcare will provide basic decorations including balloons and tablecloths. You may also choose to bring your own decorations and arrive up to 1 hour prior to the event to decorate the party space yourself. If you do choose to bring your own decorations, we kindly request that you take into consideration the safety of the dogs when selecting your décor! Please do not bring anything that will be chewed on or may be hazardous to your dog guests!
A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your party date. The remainder of your party balance may be paid at any time between booking and the day before your party.
Your balance must be paid in full no later than 24 hours before the party begins.
We have a few rules to ensure that your Dog Party will run safely and smoothly! Please make sure that you read over all of the rules very carefully and communicate them to your party guests before the day of the event. These rules will be reiterated in the Petite Paws Playcare Dog Party Waiver that your guests are required to sign before the party.
Party Day Rules:
All dogs must enter the facility on a leash
Please no aggressive dogs! We want your party to be FUN for all the dogs! If we feel a dog is dangerous to the party guests or our staff, we will kindly request that they leave.
All Guests (dogs and humans) must stay in the designated Party space. You will have access to restrooms close by your party room.
All dog guests must complete our Petite Paws Playcare Dog Party Waiver BEFORE attending the party! We will provide you with the waivers ahead of time so that your guests can either fill them out or give them to you before the party.
There must be at least 1 human (adult) for every 2 dogs in attendance at all times. We will have a Canine Caretaker present to assist you, but they will not be held responsible for your dog guests. Human guests will be responsible for monitoring the behavior of their own dog(s) as well as cleaning up the messes they make (we will have baggies available for you). If you choose to have a room set up with food for your human guests, please make sure that there is still 1 human for every 2 dogs in the actual party space at all times!
Any children in attendance must be supervised by an adult.
