Policies & Procedures
Walk-ins are not accepted, advance and/or standing bookings are required and can be setup via text or email.
If you have a booking and are unable to attend, please text or email to cancel by 7am the day of so we can give that spot to another dog .
After two no-shows without notice, dogs with standing bookings will be removed from the schedule but may continue to book-as-you-go.
Half days are five hours or less, ANYTHING over five hours is considered a full day and would be charged as such.
Latest drop off time is 12:30pm.
Dogs that are observed to be frequently “marking" indoors maybe outfitted with a diaper for short periods of time to minimize paper product waste, detrition to the facility and sanitation purposes.
All dogs must be wearing an identification tag on their collar or harness.
Vaccinations must be kept up to date for continued attendance at daycare and any updated records can be submitted via email to petitepawsplaycare@gmail.com. Vaccination certificates must clearly indicate when the next shots are due. We do not accept Pet Passports as valid forms of documentation.
All pets MUST be on monthly flea and tick prevention regimen.
Dogs who have not attended our daycare in 6 months or more will require a half day reassessment. They may be required to continue with half days until they have reintegrated into the daycare group.
All the rules and protocols put in place are ultimately for the health and safety of all dogs in our care, failure to comply with these policies can result in expulsion form our daycare.
